Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, creating an account on, or using Poultry Intel Manager ("the application", "the app", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the application.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.

1. Use of the App

Poultry Intel Manager is a farm management application designed to help users record, organize, monitor, analyze, and manage poultry farming activities.

The application may provide features including:

  • Farm and flock management
  • Feed management and recommendations
  • Production monitoring
  • Weight monitoring
  • Health and mortality records
  • Sales and expense tracking
  • Financial calculations and projections
  • Feed inventory management
  • Reports and analytics
  • Cloud synchronization
  • Farm collaboration
  • Farm invitations
  • Roles and permissions
  • Subscription and trial features

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not misuse, disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application, its cloud services, accounts, data, or systems.

2. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account.

Authentication and account management may be provided through Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when creating your account
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons
  • All activity performed through your account

You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You may not create or use an account for another person without authorization.

3. Farm Accounts and Ownership

Poultry Intel Manager allows users to create and manage farms and invite other users to collaborate.

A farm may have an owner and multiple authorized members.

The farm owner or users with appropriate permissions may be able to:

  • Invite members
  • Assign roles
  • Assign permissions
  • Manage members
  • Remove members
  • Manage farm information
  • Delete the farm, where the applicable permission is granted

Farm membership and permissions determine what actions a user may perform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you only give farm access to people you trust and authorize.

4. Farm Invitations and Collaboration

The application allows authorized users to invite other people to join a farm using their email address.

By sending an invitation, you confirm that you have a legitimate reason and appropriate authorization to invite the recipient.

You must not use the invitation system to:

  • Send unsolicited or abusive invitations
  • Spam users
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account or farm

An invitation does not automatically give the recipient access to the farm. Access is granted when the invitation is accepted and the applicable membership is established.

5. Roles and Permissions

Poultry Intel Manager may provide different roles and permissions for farm members.

Permissions determine which actions a member may perform within a farm.

For example, certain members may only be allowed to view or enter information, while other members may have permission to manage members or delete a farm.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions to members where you have administrative authority.
  • You should not grant sensitive permissions to users who should not have them.
  • Actions performed by a user with valid permissions may affect shared farm data.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by a farm member who was given permission to perform those actions by the farm owner or an authorized administrator.

6. Farm Data and User Content

You may create, enter, upload, or otherwise provide information through the application, including farm records, reports, feedback, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content that you provide to the application, subject to any rights necessary for us and our service providers to operate the application.

You grant us the limited permission necessary to store, process, synchronize, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the application and its features.

This may include:

  • Storing farm data in cloud services
  • Synchronizing farm data between authorized devices
  • Making shared farm information available to authorized farm members
  • Generating reports and analytics
  • Processing information necessary to provide application functionality

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into the application is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and authorization to provide it.

7. Cloud Synchronization

Poultry Intel Manager may provide cloud synchronization that allows farm information to be stored in the cloud and synchronized between supported devices and authorized farm members.

Cloud synchronization may not occur immediately in all circumstances, including when a device is offline or unable to communicate with the cloud.

Local data and cloud data may temporarily differ.

You acknowledge that:

  • A device may contain a local copy of farm information.
  • Cloud synchronization depends on network connectivity and the availability of the application's services.
  • Changes made on a device may not immediately appear on other devices.
  • A local copy may remain on a device after a farm has been deleted from the cloud.
  • A local copy of a deleted cloud farm cannot be used to restore that farm to the cloud through the application's synchronization system.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of information that you consider important.

8. Farm Deletion and Data Loss

Certain users may have permission to permanently delete a farm.

When a farm is permanently deleted from the cloud by a user with the required permission:

  • The cloud farm and its associated cloud data are permanently deleted.
  • The deleted farm can no longer synchronize with authorized devices.
  • Devices that receive the deletion may remove their local synchronized copy.
  • A device may retain a local copy if the deletion has not yet reached the device.
  • A retained local copy cannot synchronize with, restore, or upload changes to the deleted cloud farm.
  • The deleted cloud farm cannot be recovered through the application.

Permanent farm deletion is irreversible.

Users with permission to delete a farm are responsible for carefully reviewing the consequences before confirming deletion.

A user who does not have permission to delete a farm may be able to delete only their own local copy. Deleting a local copy does not delete the shared cloud farm.

9. Account Deletion

Deleting a user account and deleting a farm are separate actions.

If you are a member of another user's farm, deleting your account does not necessarily delete the farm or its cloud data.

If you own a farm or have the required permission to delete it, deleting your account may result in permanent deletion of that farm and its associated cloud data, depending on the deletion process presented by the application.

Where account deletion may permanently delete a farm, the application may provide a warning or confirmation before completing the operation.

Users are responsible for understanding the consequences of deleting their account or a farm.

10. Subscriptions and Free Trials

Poultry Intel Manager may offer free trials, paid subscriptions, and other subscription-based features.

Subscription plans, prices, trial periods, renewal terms, and included features may vary and will be presented through the application or Google Play.

By starting a subscription or free trial, you agree to the applicable subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's applicable billing and subscription terms.

Subscription management and entitlement verification may be provided through RevenueCat.

Automatic Renewal

Where applicable, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable Google Play subscription settings and terms.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the applicable platform.

Cancelling a subscription generally does not automatically delete your Poultry Intel Manager account or farm data.

When a subscription or trial expires or is cancelled, access to subscription-only features may be restricted or changed according to the applicable plan.

11. Payments

Payments for subscriptions or in-app purchases are processed through the applicable payment platform, such as Google Play.

We do not directly process or store your complete credit card or debit card information through Poultry Intel Manager.

Purchase and subscription information may be processed by Google Play and RevenueCat as necessary to provide subscription and entitlement functionality.

12. Application Recommendations and Information

Poultry Intel Manager may provide:

  • Feed recommendations
  • Production benchmarks
  • Expected weight targets
  • Revenue estimates
  • Expense projections
  • Feed requirements
  • Feed stock forecasts
  • Warnings
  • Insights
  • Reports
  • Other calculations or recommendations

These features are intended to assist with farm management and decision-making.

They are not guarantees of production, profitability, animal health, feed performance, market prices, or financial results.

Recommendations, benchmarks, estimates, projections, and calculations may be based on information entered by the user, configured farm settings, built-in assumptions, or other data available to the application.

You are responsible for evaluating the information provided by the application and making your own farming, veterinary, operational, and financial decisions.

Poultry Intel Manager does not replace qualified veterinary, agricultural, financial, or other professional advice.

13. Accuracy of User Data

The application relies substantially on information entered or recorded by users.

We do not guarantee that:

  • User-entered information is accurate
  • Farm records are complete
  • Calculations will always reflect actual farm conditions
  • Production benchmarks will apply to every farm
  • Feed recommendations will be appropriate for every flock
  • Revenue or expense projections will match actual results
  • Market conditions or prices will remain unchanged

You are responsible for verifying important information before relying on it for significant decisions.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, attack, disrupt, or compromise the application or its services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, farm, or data
  • Circumvent roles, permissions, subscription restrictions, or other access controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application except where expressly permitted by applicable law
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit the application without authorization
  • Use the application for illegal purposes
  • Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful information
  • Abuse or spam the feedback or invitation systems
  • Use another person's account without authorization
  • Interfere with cloud synchronization or attempt to manipulate shared farm data
  • Use the application to transmit malicious software or harmful content
  • Attempt to access or delete farm data without appropriate permission

15. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Poultry Intel Manager available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The application, cloud services, and individual features may occasionally be:

  • Temporarily unavailable
  • Delayed
  • Interrupted
  • Updated
  • Modified
  • Suspended
  • Discontinued

We may add, change, restrict, or remove features from the application when reasonably necessary.

Third-party services on which the application depends may also experience outages, changes, or interruptions outside our control.

16. Data Loss and Backups

Although we take reasonable measures to maintain the reliability of cloud services, no electronic storage system can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or unavailable.

You acknowledge that:

  • Cloud synchronization may fail or be delayed.
  • Devices may be damaged, lost, reset, or become unavailable.
  • Local data may be lost.
  • Internet connectivity may be unavailable.
  • Third-party services may experience failures.
  • Permanently deleted cloud farm data cannot be recovered through the application.

You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of information that you consider important where appropriate.

17. Privacy

Your use of Poultry Intel Manager is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, synchronize, share, and protect information.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

18. Third-Party Services

Poultry Intel Manager relies on certain third-party services, which may include:

  • Google Firebase
  • Google Play
  • RevenueCat
  • Resend
  • Other service providers required to provide application functionality

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms, policies, and conditions.

We are not responsible for the independent policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

19. Intellectual Property

Poultry Intel Manager, including its software, design, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, text, features, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Gloser Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy the application
  • Modify or create derivative works from the application
  • Distribute or resell the application
  • Reverse engineer the application
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission

Your User Content remains yours, subject to the rights granted to us under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gloser Tech and Poultry Intel Manager shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use or inability to use the application
  • Loss of farm data
  • Loss of local data
  • Cloud synchronization failures
  • Device failure or loss
  • Internet or network failures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete information entered by users
  • Reliance on application recommendations, calculations, benchmarks, projections, or reports
  • Farm production losses
  • Financial losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits or expected revenue

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the application
  • Your unauthorized access to another user's account or farm
  • Your violation of another person's rights
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Poultry Intel Manager if we reasonably believe that you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt to compromise the application's security
  • Abuse the application's services
  • Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to access data without authorization
  • Misuse subscription or trial features

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

Termination or suspension of your account does not necessarily delete farm data belonging to a farm owned by another user.

Farm data may continue to exist for the farm owner and other authorized members according to the application's data and permission systems.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to the application
  • New features
  • Changes to subscription plans
  • Changes to third-party services
  • Changes to our business practices
  • Changes to applicable laws or regulations

When we make changes, we will publish the updated Terms and revise the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Gloser Tech operates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the application shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
